A practical fatherhood practice

The goal isn't to become a perfect father. The goal is to become the father your children can count on.

Kinlatch turns fatherhood into practical actions, reflection, accountability, and connection—for the days shaped by work, money, relationships, stress, distractions, and daily responsibilities.

The workshop begins here

One next action.
The 30-Day Fatherhood Challenge gives you one practical daily action, a moment to reflect, and a reason to return tomorrow.

DAY 1 OF 30

Make room for attention.

Put your phone away. Give your child thirty minutes of your full attention.

Small practice. Honest reflection. Keep going.

Why Kinlatch exists

Ordinary pressure can pull you away from what matters.

Work, money, relationships, stress, distractions, and daily responsibilities can make presence feel like one more thing to manage. A repeatable practice gives you a way back.

01

Show up

Start with one clear daily action that puts your attention where your family is.

02

Take responsibility

Look honestly at what happened, repair what you can, and choose what comes next.

03

Keep going

Return to the practice when work, stress, or a hard day pulls you away.

Why I built Kinlatch

Why I Built Kinlatch

I didn't build Kinlatch because I figured fatherhood out. I built it because I know how easy it is to get caught up in work, stress, money, relationships, and everything else life throws at you—and realize the people who matter most are getting whatever is left of you.

Kinlatch is my way of helping fathers make sure their children don't just know they love them—they feel it.

I believe our children don't need perfect fathers. They need fathers who keep showing up, keep growing, and keep choosing to be present.
